Refund & Return Policy
At EMAFA Elixirs, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
The wrong item was delivered
The product arrived damaged or leaked
📌 Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
Approved cases will be resolved through:
Replacement, or
Store credit / refund (as applicable)
